It's my desire to create supportive therapy conversations for today's young women and their families. I'm glad to provide a FREE initial phone consultation.
individual and family therapy
I’m honored to co-create conversations with young women about a variety of life experiences. Topics of interest might include transitions, relationship challenges and conflict, dating and sexuality, body image and eating disorders, depression, cutting, stress and anxiety, family separation or divorce, grief and loss, abuse and violence, drug and alcohol use, academic performance and career goals.
conversational groups
Groups are designed to be a supportive and fun place to explore life in the presence of meaningful relationships and are intended to be a collaborative place to come together and support one another in shared experiences. Interested in participating in a group? Please call me for further details.
academic conversations
For graduate and undergraduate college students, consultation is available for academic support. Many students find it helpful to be in academic tutorial conversation as a supplement to their program of study. At times, it may be beneficial for students to receive assistance in writing papers or completing assignments.
Applicable academic programs may include family therapy, psychology and social service programs at Seattle Pacific University, University of Washington, Northwest University, Seattle University, Mars Hill Graduate School, Antioch University, and/or local community colleges. Consultation may take place in person or via phone and email conversation.
